Track Wins Private Schools Invitational

Indoor Track finished in first place out of 24 teams at the Private Schools Invitational at Georgetown Prep on Saturday, February 1. The Eagles scored 50 of their 86 points by winning five events. Second place Georgetown Prep finished with 46 points. Here's the scoring breakdown from the day:

3rd Place 🥉 Finishes:
Ethan Brown ‘25 (Shot Put Throw)
Lincoln Shelton '27 (55 Dash)

This the third year in a row that the team has won this team scored meet. "With such a large roster each season, the Private Schools Invitational is always a great chance to bring our top guys together to compete in a team scored event ahead of the DCSAA Championship each indoor season," said Head Coach Conrad Singh '00. Additional scoring performances came from Ian Catanzano '26 (3200) who finished in 4th place while high jumpers Walker Littleton '26 and McIntosh came in 5th and 6th respectively.
