  Brian Kilner, Head Varsity Coach

  The 2024-25 Swim and Dive season will be Coach Kilner’s 3rd year as head coach and 4th year on the Gonzaga coaching staff. In his previous 2 years as head coach, Gonzaga has won 2 WMPSSDL titles, 2 WCAC Championships, and 2 DCSAA Championships, and the team has a 24-0 dual meet record. Additionally, Coach Kilner was named the 2023 Washington Post All-Met Boys Swim and Dive Coach of the Year. 

  
  

  Coach Kilner has extensive swim coaching experience outside of Gonzaga, as he has been the head coach of Inverness Recreation Club in the Montgomery County Swim League since 2019. He has also coached the junior and advanced junior groups for the club team RMSC.
