Personal information may include, but is not limited to, name, contact information, billing information, information pertaining to your interests, date of birth, gender, religion, ethnicity, employment and education background, and other information you choose to provide. For example, we may collect this information when you submit forms through our Sites, donate through our Sites, create a MySchoolApp account, purchase items through our online bookstore, or send us inquiries.
Students may also provide information about themselves to Gonzaga and other members of the Gonzaga community, including through third-party integrated applications we use. For example, students may provide such information when they attend virtual classes, upload their homework, or connect with teachers and classmates through these applications. Please see below for more information about third-party applications integrated into the Sites.
You may choose to provide information about Gonzaga students, prospective students, and other individuals applying for admission to our School, such as their names, birthdates, addresses, extracurricular interests, and education information. We may collect this information, for instance, when you submit an application inquiry or upload information to MySchoolApp.
We may receive information about students and prospective students from third parties and combine that information with other information that we collect. For example, when your child uses the High School Placement Test to apply to Gonzaga, the Archdiocese of Washington will share your child’s test information with Gonzaga for our admissions purposes. We may also obtain information about other individuals from third parties, such as information used for fundraising purposes.
