Eight Alumni Playing in NCAA Football Postseason
Jalen McMurray '21, spent three seasons at Temple University before heading to No. 7 ranked University of Tennessee this year with two years of eligibility remaining. His Volunteers will compete in the first-ever, twelve-team "College Football Playoff Bracket" on the road against No. 6 Ohio State. The winner will advance to face top ranked Oregon in the Rose Bowl on New Year's Day.
Additionally,
Kye Holmes '21 (James Madison University) competed in the Boca Raton Bowl against Western Kentucky and the Dukes came away with a 27-17 win on Wednesday, December 18 -- marking the first bowl win for JMU in school history. Meanwhile,

Patrick Matan '20 (NC State University),
Connall Brannan '24 and
Jadon Bumbaugh '24 (Army),
Evan Link '23 (University of Michigan) and
Nate Kurisky '22 (University of Louisville) are preparing for their games.
McMurray, Holmes, Uppuluri, Link, and Kurisky all served as football captains while on Eye Street.
