Basketball Beats DeMatha, Falls to PVI in 2OT, Honors Seniors

The basketball Eagles entered their game against top-ranked DeMatha on Friday, February 8 with a nine-game winning streak. The team did not disappoint the home crowd coming away with a solid 65-58 win to give the Stags their first WCAC loss of the season. While juniors Terrance Williams (19 points) and Myles Stute (18 points) led the way, Coach Steve Turner said a complete team effort in front of an electric atmosphere in the Carmody Center was the biggest reason for the victory.
