Congratulations to our 12 Eagles who were named to the Washington Post Fall All-Met 2024 Selections last week.

1st Team: Kainoa Winston ‘25
“Winston, off to Michigan as the highest-ranked senior prospect in D.C., was a stalwart in the Eagles’ secondary while also chipping in as a running back. He made 64 tackles — four for loss — and forced four turnovers with two interceptions and a pair of forced fumbles.” - Washington Post

Soccer
Player of the Year: Ivan Hughes '25
“A dangerous offensive catalyst in the midfield and the attacking third, Hughes was the captain and team MVP for a dominant Gonzaga squad. The Eagles finished 22-0-2, winning the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference and D.C. State Athletic Association championships. Hughes tallied 21 goals and eight assists, earning conference player of the year honors and helping his team finish No. 5 in the United Soccer Coaches’ national rankings.” - Washington Post

Colin Crowe '25
“Crowe, who saved 98 shots and totaled 14 shutouts, made some of his most impressive plays when it mattered most. He had several key saves in the DCSAA final before sealing the Eagles’ win with another stop in penalty kicks.” - Washington Post
