Swim & Dive Wins DCSAA Championship to Finish #8 in the Nation
Swim and Dive won the DCSAA Championship on Wednesday, February 14, easily outpacing second place St. Alban's 498.5 to 430.5.
Congrats to Caden Wilkinson '25, Palmer Bice '25, and Kirk Morgan '27 on winning individual state titles. The 200 medley relay (McKenzie '24, Bice, Morgan, and Holden '24) and 400 free relay (Wilkinson, Bishop '25, Gooch '26, and Brooks '25) also won state titles.
The team finished the season with a perfect 11-0 record in dual meets and the #8 ranking nationally. Gonzaga's quality wins in head to head competition included victories over nationally-ranked #10 Loyola Blakefield, #32 Georgetown Prep, and #37 DeMatha.
