Williams earned First Team All-WCAC honors and was named the Offensive Player of the Year after leading the Eagles to their first
WCAC Championship since 2002.
As a Gatorade Player of the Year, Caleb will be able to select a national or local youth sports organization to receive a grant as part of the Gatorade "Play It Forward" program. Every Gatorade Player of the Year state winner receives a $1,000 grant to donate and will have the opportunity to enter for an additional $10,000 spotlight grant by writing a brief essay explaining why their selected organization deserves support.
“Caleb possesses a unique blend of physical skills and mental intangibles. His arm is a model for accuracy and velocity, and his legs combine elusiveness and power. Most impressive however is Caleb's decision making and poise under pressure,” says Head Coach Randy Trivers.
