Eye Street Revisited: Remembering Father McHale, SJ

Over the years I’ve heard alumni share a lot of stories about their days on Eye Street. Their tales typically fall into one of two categories. There are the stories recounting escapades with classmates. And then there are the stories about teachers. What is telling about the teacher stories is that they seldom have much to do with academics—those are a given.  Instead, what Gonzaga alumni choose to highlight about their teachers is the quality of their character and the life lessons learned from them.
