Father-Son Communion Breakfast

The Gonzaga Fathers Club invites you to join Father Lingan for one of Gonzaga’s beloved traditions: the 77th Annual Father-Son Communion Breakfast at 8 AM on Sunday, May 4.

The day will begin with Mass in St. Aloysius Church, which will be followed by brunch and a program at the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

Second-generation Gonzaga alumnus John Schmidtlein, Gonzaga Class of 1984, will serve as our honored guest speaker. As co-chair of Williams & Connolly’s Antitrust practice group, John has represented clients in complex civil and criminal matters for nearly 30 years. He is a graduate of Brown University and Georgetown Law School, and also a member of Gonzaga’s Athletic Hall of Fame.

In addition, during the program the Gonzaga Alumni Association will bestow two awards. The Alumni Man of the Year Award will be given to Tim Flynn '72, who is currently serving as the chair of Gonzaga's Board of Trustees, and the Father Novotny Service Award will be given to Bob Murray '53, for his generosity and dedication to the upkeep of the Great Church of St. Aloysius.

We look forward to a wonderful morning of celebration. Please use the form below to register to attend.
