  The Gonzaga Mothers Club treats the Gonzaga faculty and staff to a "welcome back" luncheon in the Lower Commons at the beginning of each school year.  GMC volunteers decorate the Commons, serve a delicious lunch, and provide raffles and door prizes to the faculty and staff.
  
  Join the GMC in welcoming back the teachers, coaches, and staff during this fun kickoff to the new year!

  Stone Photography will be on campus on August 22nd to photograph all Sophomores and Juniors  for the Aetonian Yearbook.  There is no fee or registration needed to have your photo taken for the yearbook, however, if you would like purchase your picture you can pre-order prints with this form or pre-order online here.

• New Families Welcome Mass, Orientation and Picnic

  St. Al's, Sheehy Theater & Buchanan Field

  All freshmen and new students and their parents/guardians are invited to a welcome event on Tuesday, August 22nd to kick off their time at Gonzaga.  This is a wonderful opportunity to meet school administration, classmates and fellow parents.
  
  The evening will begin with a Mass In St. Al's at 5:30pm, followed by a welcome in Sheehy Theater at 6:45pm, and then a picnic dinner on Buchanan Field. 

  
  Attire is dressy casual. Since this is a special event just for new students and their parents, we kindly ask that your siblings remain at home.
  
  No RSVP is needed

  
  There is limited parking on campus in the parking garage. Street parking is available after 6:30pm. Please consider car pooling or taking Metro.

  Buchanan Field

  Freshman Orientation will be held on Wednesday, August 23, from 8:15am to 2:00pm. Freshmen should report directly to Buchanan Field.  The initial assembly will be followed by various meetings around campus.
  
  Dress Code: Students must wear a collared shirt; khaki or casual shorts are acceptable; closed-toed school shoes or sneakers. (Sneakers are recommended, as students will participate in
  field activities.)
  
  

  Lunch: Lunch will be provided.
  
  Pictures: Freshmen will have their picture taken, used for the yearbook and for their student IDs, during their orientation.  
  
  

  Please Be Reminded:

  Each student must bring to orientation the Educational Device he intends to use for the school year.

  Gonzaga clubs and teams hold bake sales in order to raise money for their groups. Bake sale are usually up and running by 7:30 am and continue until the end of the lunch periods.  If you are contributing to a bake sale you do not need to send in homemade items, you can purchase your baked goods at any store.
